Dr. Lucien Anthony P. Acac
He is a Licensed Veterinarian and earned his Doctor in Veterinary Medicine Degree at Central Mindanao University, Musuan Bukidnon. He completed his academic requirements in Masters in Public Administration at Xavier University.
Regarding his work experience, he started as a General Farm Worker at Masstock Almarai, Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. He was also an Assistant Herd Manager in New Zealand. Now he is the City Veterinarian, Designate of Cagayan de Oro City.
On his City involvement, currently, he is the Vice Chairman of the Anti-African Swine Fever Task Force of the City and the Incident Commander of the City Incident Management Team.
Ms. Hilly Grace Alipio
She holds a license as a Psychometrician (RPm). She earned a Bachelor of Science in Psychology from Liceo de Cagayan University, where she later earned her Master’s Degree in Master of Management major in Human Resource Management from the same University.
She has a background in Human Resources and has worked in the Food Manufacturing Group of Companies for over 8 years. She specializes in different facets of HR namely; Recruitment, Training, and Employee Relations. She is currently employed with Republic Biscuit Corporation (REBISCO Bukidnon) as a Recruitment Specialist, where she is in charge of the whole hiring process, from Top Management recruiting to other essential roles. She is also a part-time faculty at the University of Science and Technology of the Southern Philippines.
Ms. Bernalyn Grace C. Alvarez
She is a Licensed Professional Teacher with over a year of experience in teaching both virtual and face to face interaction with diverse students including foreign countries. She holds a Bachelor of Elementary Education degree from PHINMA- COC and a TESOL ( Teacher of English to Speakers of Other Languages) Certified from TESOL COACHMASTER by legal authority of the American Global Management Association, LLC (AGMA) from the Great State of Florida in June 2019. In addition, she is currently finishing her Master’s Degree in Master of Arts in Education at Lourdes College.
Moreover, during her college, she was recognized as a Dean’s List award from the College of Education, recognized for her active participation during the Community Outreach Activities, awarded as one of the Tutor of EDUCkoBai Tutorial Program, and shared her unselfish service as Department Officer in Education.
Lastly, she received an Academic Excellence Award for her Outstanding Academic Performance during the TESOL Coach Master’s 150- hour online TESOL Certificate Course given in Hanoi, Vietnam. Also, she was recognized for participating in the International Training Series on Learning Strategies and Instructional Teaching Styles which molds her to engage in Higher Education and open her heart to Research in Education.
Ms. Aiza Mae S. Borinaga
She finished her Master’s degree in Mathematics at University of Southern Mindanao, Kabacan, Cotabato. She also completed her Baccalaureate degree at Capitol University with flying colors. She has over nine years of teaching experience. She served Corpus Christi School, Macasandig Campus for two years and Department of Education for seven years.
Her background includes handling not just students but also teachers. She was the Academic Coordinator of Balubal National High School for 3 years. She is grateful for this designation because she got the chance to practice her leadership and academic skills. She is currently teaching at Northern Bukidnon State College where she handled Teacher Education Program students.
Mr. Jerome Isidore Maramara
He is a Licensed Professional Teacher (LPT). He is currently pursuing his master’s degree as Master Technician Teacher Education Major in Food Service Management (MTTE-FSM) with Complete Academic Requirements (CAR) at USTP CDO. He is a graduate of Bachelor of Secondary Education Major in Technology and Livelihood Education (BSED-TLE) at the University of Science and Technology of Southern Philippines.
He is currently working as a part-time faculty of the Bachelor of Technology and Livelihood Education Department at USTP Balubal. At the same time, he is working as an Instructional Manager of the Alternative Learning System (ALS) at the Department of Education (DepEd), Opol District, Division of Misamis Oriental.
He is a holder of several National Certificate: Food Processing NCII, Bread and Pastry Production (BPP) NCII, Shielded Metal Arc Welding (SMAW) NCII.
Ms. Nesa Rosel
She graduated with remarkable scholastic records with an academic scholarship and a consistent dean’s list awardee from Capitol University with the degree of Bachelor of Secondary Education Major in Filipino. She pursues her master’s program in the same university. She then passed her Licensure Exam in the year 2018. She then worked as a Senior High School Teacher at Capitol University Senior High School Department for 4 months.
Currently, she is a part-time faculty of the Department BAT and BTLED at USTP Balubal while finishing her Thesis Writing in her Master’s degree in Filipino at Capitol University Graduate School.
Ms. Tereza Ace D. Torres
She is a graduate with a degree of Master of Arts in Education major in English at Capitol University – Cagayan de Oro. She has been teaching as an English teacher of the Department of Education Division of Cagayan de Oro for five years now. She is also a part-time instructor of the Department of Information Technology at USTP Balubal while finishing her studies of the degree Doctor of Philosophy major in Educational Management at Capitol University. Her research interests include language and literacy, school enrichment activities, learning styles, communicative competence, achievement gap, and school leadership.
