CCIRO commends 18 CFW beneficiaries for outstanding contributions at USTP Claveria

On February 26, 2024, in a heartwarming ceremony held at the USTP Claveria, the Career Center and Industry Relations Office (CCIRO) expressed their gratitude and recognition for the commendable contributions of 18 Cash for Work (CFW) beneficiaries deployed under the KALAHI-CIDSS Program of the Department of Social Welfare and Development (DSWD). These beneficiaries have been instrumental in supporting various office endeavors and activities during their service period, showcasing dedication and diligence.

The deployment commenced on November 21, 2023, as part of the collaborative effort between CCIRO and the DSWD’s KALAHI-CIDSS Program. Over the past few months, these individuals have played a crucial role in the day-to-day tasks of their designated offices, proving to be invaluable assets to the USTP Claveria community.
During the ceremony, the beneficiaries took a moment to extend their gratitude to the University Chancellor and the entire USTP community for warmly accepting them into the campus for the duration of the program. Their appreciation echoed the supportive environment fostered by the university during their deployment.

Aside from their office duties, the beneficiaries demonstrated a spirit of community engagement by actively participating in the USTP Night during the town festival cultural show celebration. Their involvement highlighted their versatility and showcased their commitment to contributing beyond their assigned roles.
The event served as an opportunity to acknowledge the exemplary services rendered by the beneficiaries and to celebrate the successful partnership between CCIRO and the DSWD as a partner industry. The recognition ceremony emphasized the impact of the Cash for Work program in providing employment opportunities and fostering a sense of community and collaboration within the campus.
