CET conducts USTP Systemwide Faculty Bootcamp

The Center of Entrepreneurship and Technology (CET) of the University of Science and Technology of Southern Philippines (USTP) successfully held a three-day Systemwide Faculty Bootcamp on March 19-21, 2024, at the USTP Panaon Training Center, Misamis Occidental. The 3-day undertaking immersed new faculty members from the USTP Claveria, USTP Jasaan, USTP Villanueva, USTP Panaon, and USTP Oroquieta who teaches entrepreneurship courses.
The intensive training workshop was facilitated by the Director of CET, Engr. Meriam M. Bergado, and her team, which included Mr. Jirby M. Laniton, Engr. Marbeth Custer B. Jael, and Mr. Rosewin Sevandal. It aimed to equip faculty with the latest and most effective teaching strategies to provide excellent education to learners.
Through the training workshop, participants developed their skills and confidence in becoming innovative entrepreneurs. The knowledge and tools introduced will prepare and enhance the faculty members’ approaches to teaching entrepreneur subjects, nurturing the next generation of entrepreneurs with cutting-edge education and unwavering passion.
The boot camp is one initiative of USTP, which is committed to continuously providing an avenue for the personal and professional growth of its faculty.
