The Beacon Demo Day marks the culmination of the three stages of the entire incubation period. The first stage, Sparktrack, is a month-long pre-incubation educational program that enhances the validation of startup concepts from the incubatees. The second stage is Fire-Starter, an eight-month mentorship program led by industry experts featuring tailored modules to develop the startup concepts. Ultimately, the Beacon Demo Day is the final stage wherein the incubatee startups present their ideas to potential investors. From the sixteen promising startup ideas generated during Sparktrack, only 12 progressed to the Beacon Demo Day.
