Trailblazers cast vote in campus-wide Student Council Election 2023

792 out of 1057 (74.93%) officially enrolled students of the University of Science and Technology of Southern Philippines (USTP) in Panaon, Misamis Occidental, cast their votes last May 9-12, 2023, during the automated campus-wide Student Council Election held at the Computer Laboratory of USTP Panaon.
The Organization of Marine Conservationists and Ecologists supporting Academic Excellence and Noble Research Works (OCEAN), the League of Information Technologists (LIT), and the Supreme Student Council (SSC) of USTP Panaon were the three accredited student organizations who faced no opposition against any of their candidates running for office. These unopposed parties must win over the student body by at least a majority (50% plus 1).
During the Miting de Avance, held before the election, each candidate presented their platform to the students.
The following are the new set of officers of the Supreme Student Council of USTP Panaon, to wit:
