The USTP System’s achievement in securing its spot under five Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) ranking categories in the recently released 2024 Times Higher Education (THE) Impact Rankings is a testament to its comprehensive approach to sustainable development goals.

Ranked 1001–1500th overall for 2024, THE evaluated 2,152 universities from 125 countries/regions to produce the Impact Rankings.

In 2023, the University excelled in four SDGs: SDG 4 – Quality Education, SDG 5 – Gender Equality, SDG 8 – Decent Work and Economic Growth, and SDG 17 – Partnership for the Goals.

In 2024, progress continued as the USTP System was added to the ranking for SDG 9 – Industry, Innovation, and Infrastructure. This brings the total SDG rankings to five and highlights the institution’s continuous growth and adaptability. The University ranks 801 – 1000 for SDG 9.

Moreover, the University achieved higher rankings in two categories. For SDG 5 – Gender Equality, it moved up to the 301 – 400 ranking from 601 – 800 in 2023. For SDG 17 – Partnership for the Goals, its ranking improved to 601 – 800 from its 2023 rank of 801 – 1000.

The University maintained its rankings for SDG 4 – Quality Education at 1001 – 1500 and for SDG 8 – Decent Work and Economic Growth at 801 – 1000.

Additionally, the USTP System is recognized as a Reporter for the World University Rankings, Asia University Rankings, and Young University Rankings in 2024.

Congratulations, Trailblazers!
