USTP advocates collaboration for collective prosperity at Oro Savings General Assembly

Dr. Ambrosio B. Cultura II, USTP System President, delivered a compelling address for collaboration as the guest speaker at the 27th General Assembly of the Oro Savings and Sharing Multi-Purpose Cooperative on March 17, 2024, at the Dr. Ricardo E. Rotoras Memorial Hall, USTP Cagayan de Oro.
Dr. Cultura highlighted the transformative power of working together to create a better future. “It is through our collective efforts and shared vision that we plant the seeds of success today, with the hope of reaping bountiful fruits tomorrow,” he remarked.
Drawing from his extensive experience in the academe as an educator and University president, Dr. Cultura urged the members of the cooperative to consider investing in initiatives that support educational advancement.
He affirmed saying, “I call upon our cooperative to invest in education and skills development initiatives that empower our members to realize their fullest potential. Whether through scholarships, training programs, or mentorship opportunities, let us strive to create a conducive environment where dreams are nurtured, talents are honed, and aspirations are turned into reality.”
The 27th General Assembly of the Oro Savings and Sharing Multi-Purpose Cooperative, with the attendance of Dr. Cultura, underscored the vital role that the academe and cooperatives play in fostering community development. It served as a powerful reminder of the potential for collaboration between stakeholders to create positive change and opportunities for growth and prosperity.
