USTP Alubijid celebrates Feast of the Immaculate Conception

The Feast of the Immaculate Conception is a significant event in the Roman Catholic calendar, celebrated on December 8th each year. This year, the USTP Main Campus – Alubijid students and faculty members actively participated in a parade and field demonstration held on December 7, 2023, to commemorate this special occasion.
The event started with a vibrant parade through the streets surrounding the campus. Faculty members joined in, showcasing their support for this momentous occasion. The atmosphere was filled with joy and excitement as onlookers cheered and applauded.
Upon reaching the designated area, an awe-inspiring field demonstration took place. Students from grade school, high school, senior high school, and college showcased their talents through various performances.
This celebration allowed the participants to express their faith. It also fostered a sense of unity within the school community. The event served as a reminder of the community’s shared values and beliefs while promoting camaraderie among students and faculty. It will undoubtedly be cherished for years as the country honors this sacred feast annually.
