USTP Claveria leads second lecture on Financial Literacy and Success

The University of Science and Technology of Southern Philippines in Claveria, Misamis Oriental (USTP Claveria) continues its commitment to financial wellness with the second lecture in its Practical Strategies for Financial Literacy and Success series. Held on January 20, 2025, at the USTP Claveria Student Lounge, the event gathered faculty and staff to explore essential financial strategies for personal and professional growth.
Participants attentively listen to Ms. Zenelyn S. Labay discussing effective budgeting, saving, and investing techniques during the second lecture series on financial literacy at USTP Claveria.
Ms. Zenelyn S. Labay, Coordinator of the USTP Claveria Career Center & Industry Relations, faculty of the College of Agriculture, and a seasoned financial education lecturer, led the session. She delivered a practical and engaging presentation on budgeting, saving, investing, and achieving long-term financial goals.
“Financial literacy is a cornerstone of success, and empowering individuals with the right tools can lead to significant personal and professional transformations,” Ms. Labay emphasized during her talk.
