USTP CSGICRO holds JobReady Program

The final JobReady collab session of the USTP System – Career Services and Government-Industry-Community Relations Office (CSGICRO) goes face-to-face last January 14, 2023. The event was simultaneously held at the Performing Arts Theatre in USTP Cagayan de Oro and at the USTP Jasaan Campus.
The JobReady Program is an initiative implemented by the CSGICRO in partnership with Success Academy Learning Solution LLC and Wadhwani Foundation. It is a hybrid course that aims to hone and develop the identified 21st-century soft skills of our graduating IT students to ensure that they are equipped and career-ready with an edge once they enter the world of work as part of the workforce.
The competencies identified are also aligned with the USTP Institutional Graduate Attributes, ensuring commitment that we are producing game-changers, innovators, and trailblazers prepared to face Industry 4.0.
The culmination activity for the JobReady Program is a Mock Job Interview in preparation for their on-the-job training (OJT).
