USTP Oroquieta joins 55th Charter Anniversary Celebration

The University of Science and Technology of Southern Philippines in Oroquieta, Misamis Occidental (USTP Oroquieta) joined the grand civic-military parade on January 8, 2025, alongside local government units, national agencies, barangays, and other sectors. Faculty and staff proudly marched, demonstrating solidarity with Oroquieta City during its 55th Charter Anniversary and 95th year as the capital of Misamis Occidental.

Led by Mayor Lemuel Meyrick Acosta, the event celebrated the city’s achievements and rich history with vibrant displays of unity from barangay officials, schools, private organizations, and government agencies.
