USTP Panaon joins Finance Management Year-end Coordination Meeting

The Office of the Vice President for Finance, Planning, and Development (OVPFPD) of the USTP System, headed by Dr. Vanessa V. Ascaño, conducted a two-day activity on Finance Management and Reporting FY 2023 and Year-End Coordination Meeting and Hand Holding Activity Part 2 last December 6-7, 2023, at Galucksea Beach Resort in Lagonglong, Misamis Oriental.
The respective Vice Chancellors for Finance and Administration of the USTP Cagayan de Oro and the USTP Claveria, along with the Director for FMS CDO and Claveria, Accountants, Budget Officers, Cashiers, Assessment Section Heads, Key Accounting Personnel, Collecting Officers, and Assessment Officers of the USTP Jasaan, the USTP Oroquieta, and the USTP Panaon attended the year-end meeting.
Ms. Juliet A. Cellero (Assistant Collecting Officer) and Ms. Angeles S. Paza (Assessment In-charge) participated in the year-end coordination meeting representing the USTP Panaon.
The OVPFPD conducted a series of talks and workshops on budget execution, financial management structures, and processes to leverage the understanding of all finance management-related units across the USTP System.
