USTP Panaon participates in IQA for ISO 9001:2015

The University of Science and Technology of Southern Philippines (USTP) conducted a hybrid ISO 9001:2015 Internal Quality Audit (IQA) across campuses on September 13-15 and 18, 2023. The Office of Quality Assurance and Accreditation, under the helm of Dr. Consorcio S. Namoco, and the Internal Quality Auditors of the university, spearheaded the audit.
Despite challenges, such as attendance due to ongoing off-campus training and seminars, the team demonstrated unwavering dedication, commitment, and unity to complete the audit successfully. Its exceptionally prepared faculty and staff received a high-performance rating during the said audit.
USTP Panaon aspires to remain an ISO 9001:2015 certified campus. It has an active and vibrant community that aims to provide excellent and quality service to valued clients following global standards. It is optimistic about establishing, implementing, and maintaining an audit in all delivering units, considering the importance of the processes involved, changes affecting the organization, and previous audit results.
