The Oro Best Expo 2.0 features a 5-sector event program calendared on the last week of October.
The University of Science and Technology of Southern Philippines (USTP) will participate in the Oro Best Expo 2.0 of the Cagayan de Oro Chamber of Commerce and Industry Foundation, Inc. (Oro Chamber) on October 25-29, 2021. The webinar series is one of the highlights of the Cagayan de Oro Business Month.
The virtual event will feature a 4-hour sectoral block-time in Manufacturing and Industry, Trade and Commerce, Business Support Organization, and Services and Agri-business. The speakers and presenters will tackle business survival strategies, government programs for business recovery, innovation projects and pitching sessions, investment programs, and other topics.

Speakers and presenters from USTP on October 27 include Mr. Clint Django G. Pacana, OIC of the Office of the Vice Chancellor for Administration and Finance of USTP Claveria, and Person-in-Charge of the Agropolis S&T Park on Defining Agricultural Areas for a Smart Agriculture Design Concepts, Arch. Maria Rallah Villaseca on the Modular Magnetic Wall Panel, and Ms. Wencel Jean Dacay on Real-Time-Computer Vision System for Physical Distance Monitoring in Public Areas.
Session 4 will highlight USTP on Commercializing Research and Innovation Solution Program featuring the Poultry Monitoring System with Ms. Miriam Bergado and USTP Balubal’s Chlomet: Low-Chlorophyll Meter and Cable Suspended Drone for Farm Pesticide Application and Fertigation with Engr. Diogenes Pascua.
